Other issue reported in Kew, Victoria

Service Agreement renewals, isn’t really a Supervisor’s job. Can’t see why home@scope billing’s department cannot send to families to sign. Often we do not know NDIS plans have been updated as often don’t get a plan. I don’t feel we should be doing this as funding is not my concern, and takes time away from Residents needs and support.
I feel with the increase NDIS paperwork that is pass down to house level should be looked at.. Reported on 28/05/2023, in Kew, Victoria.
