Managers publishing shifts without consult to staff. Ie not been asked to do a shift that you have showed no expression of picking up. Eg if you know you have kids and this would effect school drops? Shift placed on roster and they expect you to show up. Staff do not show as is there right. Manager looks good with upper management for what looks like all shifts and kpi is good. Staff get bad name and staff on floor are understaffed (every week) monipaltive practise cultur. Reported on 01/06/2023, in Caulfield, Victoria.
