NDIS participants living in shared accommodation do not get funded for admin hours.
All paperwork and documentation needs to be completed to be in line with organisational policies and procedures, but there is no allocated time for this to occur. Our participants don’t want to sit in the office whilst we are completing paperwork and rosters do how do we maintain staff to client ratios.
One staff is usually left alone whilst other staff completes paperwork.. Reported on 15/06/2023, in Melbourne, Victoria.
