Not enough admin time to do requested/ expected tasks.
Customer paperwork / plans/ communications/ appointments / reviews/ purchases/ etc
Staff dealings / leave requests Kronos/ questions / training / PDS/ meetings. etc etc
Every day rostered there is more time allocated to Admin that is allowed some days no Admin at all but this is not viable given the need for Admin time . So much more than is allocated is needed.
This means staff allocations to customer ratios is not being applied.. Reported on 28/06/2023, in Mooroolbark, Victoria.
