Ndis funded 1.1 not been filled ,participant 1 forced to share supports with participant 2. Due to managers not been able to fill shifts and don't want staff going over hours. Ie result goal not been met for both participant.. Reported on 02/07/2023, in Bentleigh, Victoria.
