Other issue reported in Smithfield, South Australia

Unable to find staff. I dropped a shift to cover. The dropped shift was not covered and I ended up doing 3 sleepovers back to back. This included meetings between the first and second sleepover and not having an 8 hour break between shifts.
This was definitely a whs hazard for myself and impacted the customer's support due to being tired.. Reported on 10/07/2023, in Smithfield, South Australia.
