Other issue reported in Glen Waverley, Victoria

I assist 5 male residents. One resident constantly verbally abuses the other residents in addition to SBOC language towards the other residents. I continually document what is occurring. He has a BP practitioner as do the other residents but this is ineffective to stop the abuse. He has hit the other residents as well. My company appear to be unconcerned about how this situation is impacting on the other residents. It is domestic violence which is minimised.. Reported on 11/07/2023, in Glen Waverley, Victoria.
