Other issue reported in Miners Rest, Victoria

One of my upcoming sleepover shifts got taken off me and given to a permanent staff member of the house. It was explained via the DDS02A that the shift had to go to the other staff member to make up her hours of 62 p/fortnight. When she could've offered her the vacant shorter shift. This happens frequently across the houses and as a casual worker l feel this is very unprofessional and l am losing out hours of work. Also other permanent staff takes shifts at other house.. Reported on 19/09/2023, in Miners Rest, Victoria.
