No time to do mandatory and ever increasing yearly training at work in paid hours. Have to do online at home to comply. Possibly 12-15hours unpaid so far this year.
About 8 years ago all mandatory regular training was face to face, and paid for the maybe 7 courses required.
Since then almost all training moved to online (including lengthy CPR/First Aid PRE-face to face course), resulting in the organisation steadily escalating mandatory courses to now 28, and so unviable to do at work.. Reported on 28/09/2023, in Mooroolbark, Victoria.
