As a casual the company l am employed will not let you do more than 76 hours fortnight. I have contacted HR and they stated its 'not capped' but to avoid burnout it's the suggested maximum of hours per fortnight. Then shifts get taken off you by houses instead of just approving the overtime. Reported on 17/10/2023, in Ballarat Central, Victoria.
