Other issue reported in Drouin, Victoria

6 monthly roster reviews. Job security threatened. Company needs to review and relax secondary employment policy to allow people to earn a decent living without fear of dismissal for working in same industry. Company does not support maintaining employees – out with the old in with the new but use NDIS Funding for their excuse but want to give shifts to new employees. No care how this impacts customers.. Reported on 27/10/2023, in Drouin, Victoria.
