Other issue reported in Bayswater, Western Australia

I am new to this company and it is a new company. I have been hired because I am very experienced with Dementia, and have 7 years experience as a Community Support Worker. I have concerns that we workers at this company are not being told full diagnoses. So far I have been assaulted by a client and gone to hospital. And I have video footage of a client who clearly needs serious psychiatric help, yet when I reported her schizophrenic symptoms, I was made to delete it out of my notes.. Reported on 14/11/2023, in Bayswater, Western Australia.
