Other issue reported in Caroline Springs, Victoria

There was an outing organised by the company at the Ballarat Showgrounds on the 12/11/23. When l came on shift on the 13/11/23, one of the clients, Sally Lloyd, had pretty severe sunburn to her face. This client is prone to skin cancer and had just recently undergone freeze cryotherapy on her left hand, on the 10/11/23, and several other skin cancer procedures in the past. The weather forecast predicted that it would be a hot sunny day, that day. I have a photo of Sally’s sunburnt face.. Reported on 21/11/2023, in Caroline Springs, Victoria.
