Hey i am working with the company named AHH lifeskills. I have concern company employees doesnt have any cert neither cert 3 nor 4 and they are relate to company families, friends and relatives and company just hiring without certification which is concernable we did our courses and not getting shifts in the company bt others who have no knowledge no certificates they working alot and no house has any policy regarding clients..
