Other issue reported in Croydon, Victoria

Due to funding ceasing, this triggered a need to cancel many shifts at weekends and PM.
This has caused a dramatic increase in incidents and serious issues impacting residents' choices and their basic rights and freedoms. It is not presently safe to work in this environment and more so, due to the way that funding changes can suddenly trigger resources to be withdrawn, this is the most challenging time to work in our sector since I started 25 + years ago.. Reported on 29/06/2023, in Croydon, Victoria.
