No NDIS goals to write up against (to maintain or sustain ndis funding) multiple staff reported multiple times to managers. Long duration of notes not completed ,staff concerned funding will cease due to on going manager neglects to the system.. Reported on 02/07/2023, in Bentleigh East, Victoria.
