Due to Aruma introducing new system; staff can only send shifts to Agency with Regional manager approval where we have to detail our attempts at covering the vacancy. Aruma do not have a staff replacement officer, all shift covering comes from the house. It is not always possible to get hold of the Regional manager in time..
