Other issue reported in Brisbane City, Queensland

Client has been recommended 2 staff and has only had one at a time the whole year and a bit I have been working with her.
Her lawns are always long and would have had no winter clothes that fit this year if it wasn’t for support workers.
Her health care is also being neglected as the manager has failed to notice and change that the client doesn’t like to travel with a certain support worker. It has been disclosed to the service provider that the client has expressed she doesn’t want sw to work. Reported on 12/01/2024, in Brisbane City, Queensland.
