Other issue reported in Glen Iris, Victoria

My support work company doesn’t respect the right to disconnect. Managers spam call even when I put in the scheduling app that I’m unavailable. Today they sent a mass company email titled “Right to Disconnect” that essentially said they had the right to contact workers anytime “12am-12am”, unless we used their dysfunctional app to constantly update when we’re not free, and threatened that “ frequent and unreasonable refusal to respond to such contact” could lead to us not being offered shifts.. Reported on 23/09/2024, in Glen Iris, Victoria.
