Over 7months incorrect manual handling of a 200kg client put me off work and they are claiming it didn’t happen at work so I’m not receiving any wages at all. I mentioned to 3 mangers that the manual handling was wrong over a period of 7 months and nothing changed. Incorrectly lifting this lady 8+ times a shift has left me with advanced arthritis and bursitis with impingement.
