I have been rostered for the last 5 months filling a line consecutively as a casual in a SIL house few days back get told it's stopping due new staff hire across the company and to get new casuals in the house. Roster review was completed. Shifts taken away from PPT staff to create a casual line. Refusing new roster review although multiple staff changes in situations ,staff are now told if you can't do your line you will need to give it up. They have shortened our shifts and added more jobs if they call into the house we are shamed in the report book/ diary they don’t ask when there is a problem we are told don’t think your going to get paid. At the house in Warracknabeal their is way we can talk to the managers they never return our calls I could write a book about what happens it is really terrible..
