I signed a contract for permanent part time hours for a group home that they havent even officially got funding for nor has it been signed off. So these hours were made up, false hours. Now they tell me I cannot go casual to be paid at casual rates, but I have to accept whatever hours they give me in some dangerous behaviour homes..
