Other issue reported in Bunbury, Western Australia

Team leaders extremely hard to get hold off. Very inaccessible to access.
Staff who work in homes bullying new staff and demanding that new staff 'ring them' the bullys, at home, on their time off. Rather than follow protocol and ring the team leader. There is a LOT of bullying and physical manipulation that happens in these group homes!! I was physically surrounded by 3 women yesterday on my shift, in front of customers, speaking loudly at me, demanding I do things 'thier way'. Reported on 02/08/2023, in Bunbury, Western Australia.
