Behaviour management care plans and daily care support plans hard to find in each house, there is NO continuum of where these important documents are. Dependant on staff, and some older staff, especially in p4 , are gaslighting bullies who seem to enjoy surrounding new staff and will come in to the house on their time off to bully and harrase new staff members..
