Other issue reported in Bunbury, Western Australia

Client was at Gravity (trampoline place). Client sat on trampoline mat. Client would not/unable to get up off trampoline mat. Staff member was new. Did not know client well. Eventually got client up off mat into wheelchair. When reported back at house staff member was yelled at and belittled for 'not knowing procedure'. Turns out this client often does this. And long term staff wont take her because of this issue. Manual handling nightmare. Staff member had no help.. Reported on 02/08/2023, in Bunbury, Western Australia.
