Other issue reported in Ballarat Central, Victoria

I had a shift booked for two weeks for this coming Sunday.. l got a call from the house supervisor saying yesterday ( house supervisor been on leave), that a permanent hadn't looked at the roster yet.. find hard to believe and my Sunday shift has gone to the permanent. I know the roster for this week has been available for viewing for the last 3 weeks. I'm sick to death of this occurring, taking shifts off casuals that have had that shift allocated to them for 2 weeks .. frustrating!. Reported on 17/10/2023, in Ballarat Central, Victoria.
